Privacy and data
Privacy Policy
OggEgg is designed to keep the public redirect clean and the owner’s controls legible. This policy explains the limited information collected by the current launch site.
Last updated: September 7, 2026
Scope and responsibility
This policy applies to oggegg.com, its private-alpha waitlist, and related launch communications. StoneToned, Inc. is responsible for information collected through this site.
Before OggEgg launches accounts, managed addresses, routing, QR codes, or analytics, it will publish an additional product notice describing those data flows and choices.
Information we collect
We may collect your email address and waitlist choice; confirmation, unsubscribe, source-page, and delivery events; limited technical and security logs; and information you send when contacting us or exercising a privacy right. Do not submit passwords, authentication tokens, private destination data, or other sensitive material through the waitlist.
How and why we use information
We use information to operate and secure the site, manage the OggEgg waitlist, send the product-specific updates requested, respond to questions, prevent abuse, meet legal obligations, and protect people and systems. The legal basis may be consent, steps at your request, legitimate interests, or legal obligation.
Waitlist and email choices
The OggEgg waitlist is separate from the StoneToned newsletter and other product lists. Joining does not subscribe you to unrelated marketing. Contact nosa@stonetoned.com to unsubscribe or request deletion or suppression.
Cookies, analytics, and redirects
The static launch site does not currently enable advertising cookies or analytics. Hosting, CDN, and form-security systems may process limited technical request logs. OggEgg’s planned ø.gg redirect is intended to work without a cookie or fingerprint; any future aggregate routing signals will receive a dedicated product notice before launch.
Sharing, transfers, and retention
Providers may process information only to host, secure, operate, deliver, and support the site. We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed in the United States or another country with appropriate safeguards where required.
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for delivery, security, legal, accounting, and dispute needs, then delete or de-identify it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object, receive a portable copy, withdraw consent, and complain to a regulator. Send requests to nosa@stonetoned.com; reasonable verification may be required.
Security, children, and contact
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, though no internet service is completely secure. This site is not directed to children under 13 or the higher local age. Questions and rights requests can be sent to nosa@stonetoned.com.
