Agreement and eligibility
By using this site you agree to these terms. If you use it for an organization, you represent that you can bind that organization. You must be legally able to form a contract and use the site lawfully.
Product direction and availability
OggEgg is currently presented as a product direction and private alpha. Descriptions of handles, routing, QR codes, analytics, teams, APIs, safeguards, pricing, timelines, and access may change. The site does not promise general availability, a particular address, or eligibility for participation.
No address right or routing service yet
Joining the waitlist does not reserve, register, license, purchase, or transfer an OggEgg or ø.gg address. The launch site does not yet provide a production redirect, uptime commitment, analytics service, or durable routing guarantee. Any future address rights and service levels will be governed by additional product terms.
Acceptable use
Do not disrupt, probe, scrape abusively, reverse engineer, introduce malicious code, impersonate others, submit unlawful material, infringe rights, bypass controls, or use the site to facilitate phishing, malware, spam, fraud, deceptive redirects, or abuse.
Names and intellectual property
The site, OggEgg name and identity, OggEgg product materials, copy, design, and software are owned by StoneToned, Inc. or its licensors and protected by law. The ø character and internet standards are not claimed as StoneToned property. These terms do not grant rights to copy the site or create confusingly similar branding.
Third-party links
Links to standards bodies, category products, destinations, and other services are provided for context. StoneToned does not control or endorse every third-party service and is not responsible for its availability, content, security, or practices.
Disclaimers and liability
The site is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. StoneToned disclaims implied warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from use of this launch site.
Changes, law, and contact
